About PartyRent

PartyRent supplies interactive activities for events in Dubai and across the UAE. Our catalogue covers 100+ activities — football simulator, VR arena, racing tracks, AI photobooths, digital graffiti wall, arena games and large-format installations — all owned, delivered and operated by our own team.

We work with event agencies, corporate clients, shopping malls, schools and private hosts. Whether you are planning a team-building day for 50 people or a three-day brand activation with thousands of visitors, we can put together an activity set that fits the venue, the audience and the budget.

We Build Our Activities, Not Just Rent Them

Most event equipment in the UAE is bought abroad and resold. We do it differently: the majority of our activities are designed and assembled in-house — the electronics, the sensors, the software and the housing.

  • 01

    Nothing gets cancelled.

When you own the design, you can repair it. Our technicians know every board and every line of code in these machines, so an issue on site is a ten-minute fix, not a cancelled activation.

  • 02

    Everything can be branded.

Logos, colours, on-screen graphics, custom leaderboards, scoring tied to your campaign message — we adapt the software and the exterior to your brand, not the other way round.

  • 03

If it doesn't exist, we build it.

Have a concept that no supplier in Dubai can deliver? Send us the brief. We have developed custom interactive installations from scratch for clients who needed something nobody else had.

How Working With Us Looks

  1. Brief

Tell us the date, venue, expected number of guests and roughly what you want to achieve. Floor plan and budget range help, but are not required to start.

  2. Proposal

Within one hour you get a shortlist of activities with photos, space and power requirements, and a full quote. We will tell you honestly if something does not fit your venue.

  3. Confirmation and preparation

We lock the date, prepare branding if needed, and coordinate load-in times with your venue or main contractor.

  4. Setup

Our team arrives ahead of schedule, installs and fully tests every activity before the first guest walks in.

  5. During the event

Trained operators stay with the activities for the whole event — explaining rules, running the games, keeping the queue moving and handling anything technical on the spot.

  6. Dismantling

We pack down and clear the area at the time agreed with the venue.
